I generally eat healthy but I'm far from being a health food nut. I eat whole grains (not processed), have my daily serving of Flax seeds, drink 1 quart of unsweetened cranberry juice and use Stevia as a sweetener. My downfall is chocolate.

I exercise daily regardless of how I feel.
Stacy, I think this is the way I'm gonna hafta go, chica....I've been on every diet there is since I was 12 yrs. old....but when I was a professional dancer, working every nite, I kept the weight off no matter what I ate...(sighs)
